While the search for the exact same problem — along with a solution — seem productive, it’s not. There are case studies that you can use to find similar problems, but when it comes time to solve the problems you’re having at your business — at the end of the day — it’s you and the problem.
So stop procrastinating. If you see a case study that is like the problem you face, buy it and read it in detail. See what you can glean from it; what did the problem solver do that you wouldn’t have thought of if you hadn’t have read the case study?
Now, go out and define the problem, gather your data, analyze it and come to your own solution.
